Pricing:
As budgets vary depending on number of enrolments, pricing has been scaled on school size. (Student Numbers)
Deposit $100 – refunded on return of production materials in quality condition.
Up to 50 $250
50 – 100 $250 (& $90 per performance)
100 – 200 $250 (& $130 per performance)
200 – 300 $250 (& $160 per performance)
300 and over $250 (& $200 per performance)
This is a set rate with no extra percentage for box office takings or royalties.
Conditions:
All musicals are protected by Australian Copyright Act.
Unauthorised copying (including photocopying), selling, lending or performance will result in prosecution.
Books and CDs/USBs and all parts of production kit remains the property of EK. Productions, and must be returned in quality condition within 7 days of completion of performance(s).
If material is not returned in quality condition no deposit will be refunded.
All advertising must state playwright’s name & production company and copyright date. (Elaine Keely – E.K.Productions)
Permission is required to film or photograph the show and the playwright asks permission to use photos and reviews as part of future promotions.
All material photocopied or reproduced for the performance, must be destroyed on the completion of performance(s).
